The aforesaid information is mostly required in the event that the debtor changed their address, contact number or employment details without giving the creditor notice to that effect.

The collection process
We do our debt collection by instituting legal action as follows: We issue Letters of Demand which are served by the Sheriff of the Court or alternative methods, should the debtor fail to pay within the prescribed period incorporated in the letter of demand, our legal team proceeds to issue Court Summons or an application to obtain a judgement.
Once a judgement is granted, a Writ or Warrant of Execution is applied for at Court in order to attach the Debtors' immovable and movable property through the Sheriff, alternatively, to attach funds contained in all and any Bank Account/s held under the names and identity number of the debtor, alternatively, an application for an Emoluments Attachment Order is lodged in order to garnish the debtor's salary.
